I’m Stephen, a personal trainer based in Edinburgh since 2001, and I’ve dedicated my career to helping people live healthier, more active lives. Over the years, I’ve noticed a growing demand for home visit personal training, especially among clients in their 60s, 70s, and 80s who are looking to stay active and maintain their independence. This inspired me to launch Active Ageing Edinburgh—a service tailored to the unique needs of our senior community.Working with older adults has been incredibly rewarding. I am deeply passionate about providing a friendly, supportive, and understanding environment for my clients. My focus is on helping each person begin at a level that feels achievable, building habits that foster long-term progress and, ultimately, empowering them to live their best lives.Through Active Ageing Edinburgh, I work closely with clients to improve essential skills like walking, balance, and strength—things that make a real difference in everyday life.
